QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES
According to ISO 22000, suppliers are selected with great care.
We do not work with non-approved suppliers. Suppliers are supervised according to the requirements of Unifo and Food Safety under a specific plan. The raw materials supplied are inspected by Quality in every goods acceptance.
GOODS ACCEPTANCE ACTÝVÝTÝES
Appropriate goods acceptance is made for the product structure. The first step in the acceptance of goods is to check the suitability of the vehicle. Cleaning / Conformity temperature Subsequently, the raw material is inspected, the standards are determined according to the content Temperature / Humidity / Ph / Hmf / Brix / Color Packaging / Color / Texture and if necessary taste tests are made.
PRODUCTION AREA AUDITORS
All production workers are supervised 24 hours a day. The production environment is monitored 24 hours by camera system. Personnel hygiene / changing rooms and cabinets are controlled. Hygiene check of each line is done before production and production is not started if not suitable. Infrastructure / hygiene issues and environments are constantly monitored. The cleaning process performed by continuous swap from the production environment every month is TESTED.
OUR LAST PRODUCT AUDITS
All product groups whose production is completed are subject to analysis within the scope of related regulation. All heat treated products are not shipped before the analysis results are clear. Pallets are shipped based on the results of the appropriate analysis as listed below. Packaging / Labels / pcs / grammage / temperature General structure evaluations are made. Sensory evaluation is made by taste panalists for each product.
